Canadian Court Strikes Down Anti-Prostitution Laws

    What the hell are you talking about?

    Giving money to anyone, for any transaction, has nothing to do with free speech.

    Well, at least in Canada, but maybe the US is just plain weird

    Giving money to a politician in the U.S. has been ruled by the courts as freedom of expression. I would think that somebody could claim that giving money to a hooker could also be claimed as freedom of expression, especially since courts have ruled that the government shouldn't have the right to regulate what goes on in the bedroom between two consenting adults. Thanks to the U.S. Supreme Court: Money = Speech.

    Most times your free speech goes to a pimp (politician), who treats his hookers (constituents) like shit but the hookers (constituents) don't know where else to turn.
