It's also the home of Marilyn Vos Savant and her genius questions. Which I used to actually enjoy.

I love those questions on the first page of Parade. They're always something that NO ONE IN THE WORLD could possibly want to know about and they're always worded in language that no one would ever write in.

Q: "Hey, what's Brad Renfro, teenage star of the mid-90's John Grisham legal thriller "The Client" up to these days?"

    A: "He's dead!

Parade has one thing my own paper doesn't have yet: Stickdoku!

    Q. I have a dinner bet with my mailman that I hope you can settle. He says that Jessica Alba was the lead role in "Gone with the Wind." I say no way! Who's right?

  11. I'm always fascinated by how people assume that a high IQ translates to someone capable of giving advice on personal problems or ethics. Marilyn seems to see no distinction in her levels of genius.

I have never seen a question of either of those types to Marilyn. It's always stuff like "Four states are anagrams of five others. Name them."
