Cam and "adversity"

    Why? Because he missed two throws against Oregon and didn't run for 150 yards? Those bowl games played 40 days after the previous game can be misleading. I think this is one of those times. He's big, strong and accurate with a rocket arm and he's mobile. He's different from Tebow in that he doesn't have to re-do his throwing motion. Newton is ready to roll. Just needs some time to learn the pro style offense or whatever. That said, if there's a lockout, his progress will be hampered big time.

    If he throws at the combine or pro day or whatever, he'll complete 30 of 30 passes and his stock will rise. Just wait.

    His stock will rise with his physical tools at the combine and some schmuck team will draft him only to be disappointed. He doesn't have the mental makeup to handle the NFL...just look at the mess his college career has been behind the scenes. Just another entitled athlete, who was coddled through his season at Auburn and ready to wilt under the real world of the NFL spotlight.

    Stealing is stealing. Breaking the law is breaking the law. If it is against the rules, it's wrong. The problem was they got caught.
