Calling any PC gamers...

    Why PC gamers? This is a graphic driver question for you and usually PC gamers are very much up on this stuff.

    I have Nvidia Geoforce 6x on my HP laptop. It's been causing nothing but trouble, so tonight I got ticked off and I uninstalled the drivers. Now my computer is flying, speed-wise.

    Any of you gamers have a low-down? i don't have any more time to devote to research on this tonight.

    This laptop is my first experience with Nvidia and quite frankly, I'm not impressed.

    We won't go into Vista's "wonderful" Windows Experience Index. ::)

    Which card, specifically? Should be listed in display properties. And what's your driver version?

    (And it's GeForce, not Geoforce. ;) )
