    Right when Danny was lining up for the putt, Czervik suddenly yells "Hey, Judge, I'll bet you double or nothing he makes the putt" and the Judge accepts (followed by "Weeeeelllll, we're waiting"). At that point, the whole round was irrelevant -- the whole bet was simply on that one putt. Why Lou yelled out "birdie!" when it dropped, well, you got me there.
