Does she have an explanation for more than 2,000 text messages between Nutt and Bragg, or was that proven to be a fabrication?

 

Oh and the guy who wrote the 48-page memo on Nutt's cellphone use has suddenly lawyered up and now claims that he didn't write the memo.
Weird how message board courage vanishes when legal action is threatened and someone actually has to attach their name to their work.

 

So, stupid question, but ... the 2,000 text messages ... fabricated?

If not, what possible explanation could there be? That's a lot of text between two people who supposedly don't have much professional interaction.

Since Nutt's attorney offered an explanation for the texts to the female news anchor, I think it's safe to assume they are legit.

That Loser With Socks guy from the deadspin article has WAY, WAY too much time on his hands.

 

Interested tact by Nutt's lawyer. Like he's standing with his back up against a closed door screaming:

THERE'S NOTHING TO SEE HERE!!!! NOTHING AT ALL INAPPROPRIATE! WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE IF HE WAS CALLING THIS LADY RIGHT BEFORE KICKOFF! I'M SURPRISED ANYONE'S GETTING ANY WORK DONE BOTHERING WITH ALL THIS TOMFOOLERY!
