    I'm sure he knows the law he's banking on the stupid people and overwhelming anti-media sentiment to take over and take the butt chugger's, errr... frat boy's side. The problem is, the guy came across as a (typical) total douche, along with his lawyer placing the blame on everyone but himself.

    Most defense attorney's don't worry about the law until they get in court (and some don't worry about it much in there), they worry more about swaying public opinion and making their client look like a sympathetic person.

    This whole thing is a big comical circus, I really hope it goes to trial. It can only make it better.
