"Hello, and welcome to Pi Kappa Alpha. Would you like to see our wine list?"

"Hmm. I've heard you make a lovely Brokeback Merlot. Is that true?"

"Sir, it's one of our most popular offerings. It goes great with our chef's special entrees: hot pockets and nachos."

    "That sounds lovely."

"Would you like a straw, funnel or hose?"

"Hmm. It's been a long, stressful week of playing beer pong and date raping. Why not indulge a little? Bring the hose, T.J.!"

"I'll put on some Judy Garland while you wait, sir."

Police reports are public record. And police reports are filed before an investigation is closed.
This attorney needs some brush-up on privacy laws, both in regards to students and Hippo. If you're the suspect in a crime and your name appears in a police report, it's fair game. Being a student keeps the university from releasing your grades or other personal information. Being a student doesn't shield you from your name appearing in a police report and therefore becoming public record.

    I'd rather butt-chug than gut-chug.

There is no reason for that to be legal. None.
