    I have mixed feelings on that one. I didn't expect things to get better overnight. I also didn't expect things to get much worse as quickly as they did.

    The Kanye West thing really pisses/pissed him off.

    Five years later & you can see the anger in his face when Lauer brings it up.

    I'm not a Bush fan in any way, but I do want to know his version of the events that surrounded his presidency. Seems incredibly shortsighted and close-minded to ignore the recollections and stories of a recent president, especially when we're still living in those stories.

    Good interview...he comes across as a good man dealing with the fact that most people didn't think he was a good president.

    Strange that he is claiming credit for TARP when it was Obama initiative.

    Lauer: 50% of people polled believe that TARP was Obama's plan.
    Bush: 50% percent of the people are wrong.
