    This story is from July 10, so I'm sure someone posted it in another thread somewhere. But a search for surgeon general and Carmona found notta. So, I'm moving forward.

    Most unbelievable thing I think I've read. If you merely thought GWB and his hacks were all about partisan politics or maybe believed that the partisan bullshit only pertained to appointees at a certain level, think again.
