    Hey, Georgie Boy, why not ask Exxon and Chevron and the gang to pretty please build more refineries, so that would increase production and lower prices. They'll get right on it, I bet.

    Once again, we get back to the hard, cold reality: There is no easy fix to this oil situation. We can't rely on anyone else (big oil companies, foreign countries, etc.) to be nice and solve our problems.

    It sucks. It's going to get worse and there's not a damn thing we can do about it in the short term.

    Of course the same people who are ridiculing George Bush on here for his failure to find some sort of relief from the Saudi's for gas prices -- would and do vehemently oppose George Bush's desire to find places on our own soil or off our own shores to drill for our own oil on the off chance that doing so might kill a seal........
