Since when is this a new thing? I can remember this bullshit in 1991.

While his spewage is comfort food for some on here, Keith Olbermann is a weakass prick who looks brave behind a camera. He's about as vile as it gets. Hate speech? Where's the outcry? Oh wait. It's attacking the president. Fair game.

  4. Hate speech?
    Sorry, but it's time again.

I get it, I get it -- he'd have been much better off wearing a flag pin on his collar and tying a yellow ribbon round the old oak tree -- then we'd know he really cares....

Obviously, not for you. You aspire to be Keith Olbermann. He probably attends those Central Park get-togethers with Pastor -- holy shit, we have an outing alert. Pastor is Keith Olbermann.

You really have to watch the video to get the full effect -- especially the end, where there's a fleeting moment where it seems like that "hell" is going to come out of his mouth as a "fuck."

Yawn, I ask this sincerely. How is that "hate speech?" Be very careful how you answer that, keeping in mind that hate speech within a legal aspect is far removed from anything Keith said.

Spewing venomous disrespect at the president of the United States can be done in a much more diplomatic and yet critical fashion. Oh wait. House and Senate Democrats have been doing this for two years (eight, actually) and gotten nothing done other than a congressional turnover, which to this date, hasn't amounted to much anyway. Which is why I emphasized "two years."

The oddity of all this is that the liberals who would embrace a socialist republic would learn very quickly that in a place like Russia, Putin would have had Olbermann shot.
