Yeah, this case has the militia crew drooling all over themselves in my neck of the woods. Is that a second amendment guaranteer of freedom in your pants or are you just happy to see this incident?

All fueled by some deadbeat who's had two decades to settle with the government for the free use of their our land for his cattle herd.

    What a "patriot."

The tin foil hatters are orgasming about this. The "real" reason behind this ranges from a government fracking operation to a secret Chinese solar farm.

Hell of a plot to get this rancher to quit paying his fees 21 years ago to get those plans in motion for today.

Charlie Daniels, like every other Teabagger, couldn't tell the Bill of Rights from his cable bill.

Oh, I don't doubt there's more than a little of that going on. I get where the right-wingers are coming from, but some of it seems like self-fulfilling prophecy.
The government doesn't exactly have a great track record in these situations, though, so it feels like two morons playing 75 mph chicken in two 18-wheelers, firmly believing that their seat belt will protect them.

So the guy has had his day in court more than once and lost every time?
He lost. He should either pay or suffer the consequences.
I can't for the life of me understand how anyone can see it any other way.

I didn't know King Kong Bundy was challenged by a bacon, lettuce and mayo sandwich.
