Deadly? Do they make your head explode when you take a bite?

Had Bubba burgers once at a friend's BBQ and was suprised how good they were.

I usually only buy 93% lean .. and I really don't give a damn about IJAG's stats, I just think 93% tastes the best.

Making burgers with 93% lean beef is criminal. The flavor derives from the fat. 80/20 minimum.

I would be less concerned with that and more concerned about anything "extra" in the ingredients of the burger. I can't find a listing online. For the same price (or maybe a few extra bucks), I'm sure you can find beef that'd be better for you and was raised better too.

EDIT: Totally agree with Pancamo too. 80/20 is the way to go.

I love the Bubba Burgers. I'm also a fan of Cosco's frozen Sirloin Burgers. Mmmmmmm.

the last time we grilled, we followed the suggestion from "Good Eats"

A pound of ground sirloin and a pound of ground chuck. Mix them up, add a little salt. Makes six awesome burgers.

Ground brisket, spritz with fresh cracked sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.

500 degrees or hotter on the grill about 3 minutes a side for 4/10 lb burger. Toast an onion roll. let sit for 2 minutes before eating

Try the Vidalia onion Bubbas. And the Jalapeno ones too. All good.
