Didn't Norman blow out his knee under rather mysterious circumstances while hanging out with Bill in the middle of the night at a Florida mansion?

In keeping with Starman's idea, it'd be great to see Thomas walk up, then do the fake handshake move where he runs his hands through his hair while saying, "Pssssyyyyycchhheee!"

He certainly is Free to make the choice he made. Kinda crass, but it'll be long forgotten in a short period of time.

What he said. That the federal government has overstepped its reach.

None of these idiots ever cared about this shit, in fact 95% had probably never heard of any of it, until about 12:02 p.m. ET on Jan. 21, 2009, when all of a sudden they all became Constitutional scholars.

Thomas has the perfect right to make whatever statement he wants but to pretend it's not personally or politically motivated is preposterously disingenuous. Step up and own it, chickenshit.

He is free to do what he wants and I am free to add him to my boycott list. No more purchasing any Tim Thomas products. Or Bruins for that matter. They should have made him go.

That he promotes political intolerance (like has been said, it's one thing to have beliefs - it's another to have a lack of respect for the office), and that he wants to take attention away from the rest of his teammates and have everybody look at him. It appears to be something in the water up in Boston (see: Ramirez, Manny).

I respect that he has an opinion. But there are a million other ways to express that appropriately and not become a tremendous distraction on a day meant to celebrate team accomplishments.

    What exactly is political intolerance?
