    Yeah, pretty shitty if James is allowed to proclaim his innocence, but no one else is allowed to say anything.

    I just can't wait until the Poynter ombudsfolk issue their ruling. I'm sure it will lead to a sea change in the ESPN culture.

    Brooks reported Feldman got approval before Leach was canned. And he confirmed that approval was still valid after Leach vs. ESPN began.

    If you get approval to make a radio appearance but then say something negative about your paper on the radio, do you think you'll hear about it?

    I think ESPN is being stupid about this but it's not surprising in the least.
