    This is correct. Don't have time to look it up, but that's some kind of cutoff to push the suit into a different class. It has nothing to do with what the actual monetary damages might ultimately be.

    Not sure how they came up with $15,000, but you're right, that's the figure mentioned in lawsuits all the time.

    I saw this on CBS yesterday and I did not even recognize her as the woman who Phillips was sleeping with. She looks completely different.

    In this case, if he'd have just polished his diamond to begin with he'd be a lot better off.
    Personally, I can't help but wonder if he'll have a mock deposition with his lawyers.
