    If you read enough Dear Abby, you'll hear stories about brides (and mothers of brides) who want their bridesmaids to dye their hair the same color, who have bridesmaids buy certain shoes so they end up the same height, who insist on WeightWatchers/lap band for the slightly chubby bridesmaids, all "so the pictures turn out nice."

    The Wedding Industrial Complex can be an ugly business, even with a normal bride. Good luck.
