PARIS (AFP) — A Paris prosecutor on Tuesday called for former French actress Brigitte Bardot to pay a 15,000-euro (23,000-dollar) fine and be given a suspended two-month prison sentence, for inciting hatred against Muslims.

    About this lead:
    Is Ms. Bardo formerly French?
    Or formerly an actress?
    Just curious.

    One point:

This quote from Ms. Bardot: "I've had enough. These people have been dragging us by our noses, destroying us and our country by imposing their ways".'s

Sorry, but she's got a point. They can impose their ways all they want in Saudi Arabia, Iran, Syria, Jordan, etc., but they are most certainly trying to impose their ways in every European country they've moved to.

I didn't realize wearing traditional Muslim clothing to school for example, was trying to "impose their ways." The great deal of the Muslim population here and in Europe is perfectly moderate--they're simply trying to find their way in a new country.

Cripes, some of you are xenophobic bastards.

If anything, we're the ones trying to impose our "ways" on them-See Iraq.

Trust Hondo to show up with his usual redneck bigotry.

Yeah, because white Europeans have never imposed their ways on anyone.
