Bride dies during first dance

    That sucks for the bride. I doubt the husband is every going to get married again.
  7. One of my elementary school teachers had the worst luck in the world.

    She got engaged. Fiancee died.

    She got engaged again. Fiancee died.

    She eventually got married, and they're still married with a son.

    Sounds like she had previous heart problems, but at least she got to fulfill one of her dreams.

    Of course it sucks how it ended. That's terrible.

    I have a friend who is 34, and has been widowed twice... Granted, both of her husbands were in the military and died in Iraq, but I can't even begin to imagine having to deal with that buch grief at such a young age...

    Very sad...

    that is awful about the bride dying during the first dance (as well as the other young widows others have mentioned)

    Hard to imagine how such a joyous occasion turns out to be so tragic.

    Just awful.
