Bubbler was bouncing up and down on his couch until he heard who the replacement was.

    Ted Simmons "reassigned" too.

I think for the most part he's done a terrible job, but I think after all the time he's spent with the club during its recent ascent, he deserved to finish the season to see if the team could right the ship and make the playoffs.

    12 games left? Ouch.

    To assure next season's collapse?

  6. I would have canned his ass last season when he got his team involved in a childish beanball war with Tony LaRussa during a crucial series in September instead of worrying about winning games.

The Brewers fire their manager while they're TIED for the wild card lead?

Well, at least we're not talking anymore about Boob Selig fucking the Astros over in a most blatant way.

    Mission acomplished, Boob.

Get this: While the Cubs are winning this afternoon in Miller Park, the Brewers will host their "Yost fired" presser at 6:30 tonight in Chicago in a hotel.

The beanball war last year and the whining about Sabathia's non-no hitter this year. Yost has no focus.

Sveum is going to be the Steve Fisher of managers.

This has to have Attanasio's hands all over it ... which makes me love him even more.

The shame will be when Yost goes to clean out his office and Lou's abusing the private bathroom.
