Breathe Right Strips

After battling a cold the last few days, these things have been a welcome addition to my usual lineup of drugs.

I can't believe I've just come around to these plastic strips of heaven!

I'm thinking I might try these during my morning sessions on the treadmill. Anyone else use these during workouts and are they worth it?

 

I have used them before at night when I've had some nasal congestion. They are pretty great.

 

I used to use them for snoring, and they work great -- if you nose doesn't get too oily. I always found mine the next morning partially stuck to a pillow or blanket.

Expensive as hell, too.

 

I like to wear them when I'm knocking out wussy wide receivers from my strong safety spot on Sundays.

 

They remind me of the Optigrab that Navin Johnson invented in The Jerk.

And I use them, my wife made me, and she says they seem to work.

I'm just going to leave. And all I'm taking with me is this paddle ball. And this lamp.
