Thank God we won't have to deal with months of speculation.

That swearing you here comes from Aaron Rodgers' direction. What a great pick that is turning out to be.

Good for Brett. He's still got plenty left in that tank.

Assuming he stays healthy next season, he'll now be able to finish his career atop just about every major statistical QB category. Including INTs.

A side note: I wonder how ESPN will try to take credit for this. Chris Mortensen will probably report that he read it in the Biloxi Sun Herald, confirming what he already knew.

Good get, Sun Herald guys. I just hate it when people use the "exclusive" tag, though.

This Bears fanboy finds the announcement amusing.

What a media whore. Favre's turning into the NFL's version of Roger Clemens.

Al Jones has been Favre's right-hand man in the media for awhile now.

Somewhere, Chris Havel must be crying.

All the local TV stations here in Milwaukee broke in with the news a little while ago and have been airing BREAKING NEWS reports on Favre. Yawn.
