AMC is giving away "Breaking Bad Viewing Party Kits" for the first 500 people who "adopt" a DISH subscriber:

That's awesome. What can I say? It's like a good book you can't put down.

Hope it's a bag of meth, that'd be great!

Unrelated to Breaking Bad, but related to pissing matches with service providers ... DirecTV has dropped all Viacom channels, including MTV, Comedy Central and all Nickolodeon stations, over carriage fee squabbles.

If you really want to get the most out of your viewing, take 15 minutes between each episode and read Alan Sepinwall's columns:

    They really provide some insight.

    A Saul Goodman spin-off?

    I'd probably watch ...

I have a theory that Saul is the only character who gets out of this show alive. He's the only one who has remained true to his -- albeit slimy -- self.

"If you're committed enough you can make any story work. I once convinced a woman I was Kevin Costner. It worked because I believed it."

Yeah, apparently. All right, $16,000 laundered at 75 cents on the dollar, minus my fee, which is 17%, comes out to $9,960. Congratulations, you've just left your family a second hand Subaru.

Faith and begorrah! A fellow potato eater! My real name's McGill. The Jew thing I just do for the homeboys. They all want a pipe-hitting member of the tribe, so to speak.

I love Saul, but a Saul spin-off has all of the makings of The Lone Gunmen, Gilligan's less-than-stellar spin-off from his X-Files days.
