From MLB: "Major League Baseball vehemently disagrees with the decision rendered today by arbitrator Shyam Das"

  2. Ryan Braun must have had some great Jewish lawyers.

The NFL is laughing at MLB's drug-testing program.

I still can't stand you, but that made me laugh.

He won his appeal. That's as exonerated as it can get. Bitter haters will still be bitter haters.

No one has ever won one of these appeals. Until now. And there are legitimate reasons he won. You can call them "technicalities" if you want, but you're hanging your hat on a test result that was so off-the-charts it had never been seen before. I suppose you're determined to hate, though.

Anyone who uses the term "haters" automatically loses all credibility in an argument.

Is this how you feel when criminal defendants win 4th Amendment appeals?

Amazingly, the same people who rail on MLB for everything else suddenly believe it is infallible when it comes to something so technical as drug testing.

Braun can appear at the next Livestrong event with his fellow wrongfully accused.

Check out the tweet from Aaron Rodgers: "MLB and cable sports tried to sully the reputation of an innocent man. Picked the wrong guy to mess with. Truth will set u free."

I still think he's on the stuff. Just look at him.
