What do you do in the linescore when a team scores 10 runs in an inning?

Normally, it might look like this:
    Team A 000 100 340 - 8 12 0
    Team B 000 000 100 - 1 5 2

But when you stick double digits in there, it screws it all up:
    Team A 000 0100 200 - 12 16 0
    Team B 000 000 100 - 1 5 2

How do you get the separation of the 10 so that it doesn't look like the visitors had an extra at-bat? Parentheses? Extra spaces?
    Team A 000 0(10)0 200 - 12 16 0
    Team B 000 000 100 - 1 5 0
    or
    Team A 000 0 10 0 200 -12 16 0
    Team B 000 000 1000 - 1 5 0

Not sure what option looks best.

    Fucking American Legion ...

    Ditto.

Then I'd add spaces so the middle block of innings are centered against the top then line up the last group of innings and final runs, hits, errors.
