    My paper would name employees with the most tenure as "thought leaders" and then lay them off six months later because they only have sixth months seniority under the new job title.

    The sale of the land recently became a done deal. One sale has already fallen through.

    Globe reaches agreement to sell Dorchester headquarters - The Boston Globe

    It's one of the biggest available pieces of land in the city, it has great highway/rail access and that part of the city is starting to gain some steam, so I'm sure the price was not minimal.
