Since there is a porn series with a character named "Serrah Paylin," which includes sex scenes with an African American president and a secretary of state named Hillary (played by Nina Hartley), I doubt this lawsuit will go anywhere. There is such a thing as satire. Unless the Ben and Jerry's people think they're immune because they donate money to world peace or whatever.

The fact that B&J's (see what I did there? ) actually has flavors such as Karamel Sutra, Schweddy Balls and any number of drug-related names pretty much wipes out any hope they have of claiming their reputation is being smeared.

 

Karamel Sutra would be a good porn star name BTW.

 

That's probably not the only thing getting smeared.
