He's no longer at the station. Was cut in mid-May of this year.

Honestly, when we go out at night I prefer the BMW. The Hummer is more of a daytime thing.

But after the Hummer, is he in the Blew Man Group?

Continuing with green initiative after my Prius, I rented a Hybrid Altima. Loved the car - smooth ride and plenty of pick up. 35 mpg. Still a bit small for every day use but it clearly has opened my eyes to what the automobile industry is capable of.

Why doesn't VW make a hybrid?
If there was a GTI hybrid, I'd be all over it.

On the other hand, I spent last week driving up and down the mountains of Vermont and found myself amused about the difficulty so many underpowered small cars had trying to maintain speed on the climbs.

Side note: Vermonters still seem to love their Subarus.

I was in the mountains with the Altima and found it to have plenty of power on the hills.

Funny -- the Subaru with some kind of liberal bumper sticker have become a cliche in Vermont.

Which roads did you drive? Did you do the Brattleboro-to-Bennington ride on Route 9? (Best 45-mile stretch in America).
