My wife prefers the bone in. I prefer a little of both -- sometimes having the bone in, and sometimes having the bone out. If you go back and forth like that, it usually works well.

Anyone ever tried hacking up several chicken breasts (yes, I said breasts), carving them to an appropriate size and fixing them like wings? I've fixed wings before, and this idea has always intrigued me. Haven't done it yet, though.
Yet being the operative word.
