BYH fucking LOVES Bobby V. Almost more than I do. But in a different way ... I think.

spnited hated the guy. Thought he was an insincere asshole.

  3. What's not to like? Bobby V invented the Chicken Cesar Salad wrap, speaks fluent Japanese, can play the accordion and owns a herd of American buffalo that he keeps in New Zealand.

The reputation he's built is the one he's told everyone about because he's the only one who believes it. Overrated.
As a Sox fan, not super pumped about this. Hopefully it's a one-and-done and they overpay for Maddon next winter.

They needed someone with a big enough ego to want to follow Francona. Hell he's already survived a stint with the Mets. Figure at the least, he'll be able to handle the transitioning to a younger lineup.

You think there was no discipline in that clubhouse in September, wait until they're 12 games out in late June.

On August 30th, would anyone have believed that Terry and Theo would be gone, the Sox would not even play in the playoffs and Bobby V would be the manager?

A lot of crazy shit has happened in the world of sports the last few months, crazier than this, but what has happened to the Sox in 90 days is staggering.
