    I was trying to think of songs with "Summer" in the title -- to me, "boat music" means summer groove tunes. Upbeat but not too upbeat, songs you'd wanna have a beer to while floating in the water.
    Anyway, "Summertime," by DJ Jazzy Jeff & the Fresh Prince.

    Debussy's "La Mer"
    Puccini's opera "Il Tabarro" (it's set on a tug boat). :D
