    You forgot another good one these days: Recruiting a player's best friend as a team manager and getting him a scholarship/financial aid for that.

    Well, that and he was Denny Crum's top recruiter. He stunk as a coach, but all those great 80s teams in Louisville, Wade got a lot of them there.

    Having Allan Houston as a son, however, didn't hurt.
