I can't believe how many people are there. They'll probably all end up in the ditch on the way home though.

Already got our 10 inches earlier this week on Wednesday. We're only getting brushed by this storm, no more than two inches or so.

    You have fun, tho. :D

They ended up with a nice crowd. Maybe they all thought they would end up in the front row!

All I know is, it's March, and we have daylight savings starting tonight. Time to melt away some of these snowbanks and move on to spring.

Yeah, I was surprised by how many people are at the Cavs game.

Oh, and Jones: So your answer to the thread title would be a, "yes," right? :)

I'd be shocked if any game with the Pacers involved ended up with a good draw -- even if it was 80 and sunny.
That's the LeBron factor I guess.

We got 9 inches on Thursday. It all came down in about 3 hours.

It's already all gone except for the shady spots.

Three of you took my damn Dairy Queen joke. Thanks.

They don't characterize what happened in April as a blizzard down there? Sumbitch, I walked the streets of Cleveland -- had a ticket to what would have been the Indians' second home game -- and I swore it was Christmas.

"Blizzard" conditions, as I understand it, have to do with the wind, which blows the snow, which reduces visibility.

But yeah, last Easter was no fun.

Still snowing here, and my avenue to get out is impassable. Good thing I have food, beer and porn.

    Er, food and beer.

Got back about an hour ago from taking my mother out for lunch for her birthday (pretty good crowd at a popular Chinese buffet chain in these parts) and it's nasty out. Blowing snow, brutal cold, mega-slippery roads.

We had the Jays-Tigers game on the radio and Jerry Howarth was talking about how windy (breezy might have been the word he used) it was there and I'm thinking, "Christ, Jerry, try catching a pop up in this shit!"

Jonesy's right, though, every big system that comes through here always seems to pick up steam heading to his neck of the woods in eastern Ontario.

I thought the storm we had in mid-December was bad until I was in Ottawa for a 67's game in early January and they told me they had twice as much snow as we got! No wonder he's thinking of moving!
