Apparently there is a water polo league for Ivy club teams. It's not officially Ivy League sports, the clubs use the name for their tournament. The presence of the teams makes sense because those schools relatively attract a lot of swimmers.

How many nights have you spent in Rio to give you this understanding of what an "average night" there would be?

 

I'm sorry. Was there not just a month of stories about kidnapping, robbery, shady police tactics, bribery, governmental corruption and any other number of societal dysfunction from Brazil?

 

I just wish, for once, all of these nations south of the Rio Grande would give Americans an accurate "price list" for when we break their laws.

Perhaps a menu, if you will. What does urinating in public go for in Mexico? In Costa Rica? Brazil? Starting a drunken brawl?

These misunderstandings could all be avoided if we knew the bribery prices in advance.
