blackberry help (nbc mobile)

    So I'm behind on my The Office viewing so I got the nbc mobile app for my storm

    When I try to watch episodes it tells me I'm forbidden to view on that server. Its a 403 error

    I'm not techie enough to know what that means. And Verizon doesn't know either.

    Any thoughts?

    Don't you have to download the NBC video player to watch it on your PC? Maybe there is something similar for phones.

    What blackberry do you have? I have the 8800 and to watch youtube, I had to install another software app that downloaded the videos completely before I could watch them.

    Google youtube blackberry there should be some good links

    I have a storm. And youtube plays fine on my bb. And nbc worked before. All I've found is to do a hard boot. Oh well
