    They are doing an urban warfare drill. That's supposed to be comforting.

    In the August before Sept. 11th, I was a nanny and taking the kids to story time one day, when the number of forces had me scared. There were tons of military vehicles on the interstate and even some in the intersections I passed through on the way to B&N. They were there like they were directing traffic, but they weren't really doing anything. I checked the news that evening and asked a few people, but no one seemed to have an explanation as to what was going on.

    They're scouting the downtown area for a place for the Marlins to move to.
