Black Friday starts on Thursday

I am going to take the hot chocolate this time. I keep forgetting, and end up with my hands and face frozen.

 

i'm still in bed at 9 a.m.

it's a vacation day. shopping is a chore. i hate shopping. maybe i'll do a little more shopping once my daughter is born and old enough to want toys but i still won't be one of those parents who waits in line for the latest 'in' toy what will end up at the back of the closet in two weeks.

the advent of online shopping over the past decade has changed my life for the better and i'm not kidding about this. other than the supermarket, drugstore and target or costco, i hardly ever go to a store. and my life is better for it.

 

add a coupla years and i coulda made that post.

 

A) I want to work at a paper where I get a day off after Thanksgiving.
B) I can't buy clothes for other people online.
C) I'm still in bed until noon most days. A three-hour break just means I stay in bed until 2:30, shower, then go to work.

Wow, I feel really stupid. That's what I get for posting from a game for the first time.

 

In doing a quick scan of the Best Buy, it looks like you can get a lot of these items for these prices during the year, just not all at the same time. Or just slightly more than they are on Black Friday.

You just have to be very alert and watch the ads during the year.
