    NBC's running a three-minute obit on Nightly News right now. Never heard of the guy, but I have heard him. Was he hard of hearing or something? Shouting didn't make the stuff he sold better.

    That's going to be my standard RIP response from now on, replacing "Good career move."

    Yes it did. It was his schtick.

    If memory serves, he got his start selling on the Atlantic City boardwalk and that's what you had to do to cut through the clutter.

    The Pitchmen show that had been airing on cable was quite well done. One thing that came through was that he was very loyal to the people that had been good to him on the way up.
