Not entirely comfortable with how Philly.com handled the reporting of Bill Conlin's death, though I suppose the URL says it all. ...

To make the news of Conlin's death secondary to how the former Daily News' sport columnist ended his career in disgrace is, well, disgraceful. Not saying that the allegations shouldn't be included prominently in the story, but one thing is news and the other is background.

So then your obituary headline would have been, "Hitler, powerful leader of Germany, dies at 56"?

    Child-rapist dies, world rejoices.

I hope they throw batteries at his casket.

Glory, Glory Hallelujah will be sang by the Dominican Republic children's choir as his body is prepared for eternal damnation.
