    I'm in the market for a new bike. I test rode - and really liked - an REI-model bike. Has anybody purchased the REI brand, which I believe is called Novara? Thoughts on it?

    Last bike I owned was a Ross or a Schwin ;D
    What's this REI you speak of? Unless you really are talking about bicycles and motorcycles, which would make my attempt at wiseass humor a complete bomb.

    I know Ides bought his bike at REI. I don't know it was that brand or not, but you might PM him and ask.

    I've never bought an REI bike, but I have nothing but good things to say about every other REI product I've bought over the years.
