    What a shocker. Gayle King is getting her own show on OWN -- which is the modestly titled Oprah Winfrey Network. I have never seen someone ride someone's cape as much as Gayle King has done with Oprah. It's very annoying and embarrassing.

    In fact, the whole OWN network is very annoying. I'm at the movies and there are commercials for this network with Oprah telling everyone how great it would be and how HER favorite things will be on the network. Who cares what others want right? Next thing you know, she's going to be putting herself on the cover of her magazine everything because her ego is so big.

    People who lived in Connecticut in the mid-80s wonder wish we could be like you and only have loathed Gayle for 15 or so years.

    Talentless waste of space does not begin to sum her up.

    I have some colleagues who worked with her when she anchored in Hartford.

    Everybody loved her. She was called a "real pro."

    Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I'm just passing on what I've heard...
