Big Ten Realignment?

This weekend, the Big 10 had an online survey asking fans a number of questions about realignment including how they would name/realign divisions. It was the first hint of the Big 10 maybe going back on its original "Leaders and Legends" idea as well as the "BIG" logo. They even asked fans if they knew what division their team was in (this after, commercials on the network explaining it to fans).

Now Bielema is out the door at Wisconsin even further shifting the power balance. With the Big Ten unable to lure top talent, PSU in a hole for a few years, etc. should the big ten realign? How should they do it?

By the way, I think it is interesting that just about all the B10 coaches are from mid-major teams. No poaching from the Big 12, Pac-12, etc. It says a lot about the perception of the conference among coaches/the inability for major programs in the midwest to pay for top talent. Aside from OSU, nobody is spending the money.

MAC to Big East Level coaches: Hoke, Dantonio, Kill, Brewster
Former position coaches/OCs: O'Brien, Ferentz, Fitzgerald, Bielema (previously), Pelini, Wilson

Shirts and Skins would be less absurd as division names

Star, you cheated. Maroon and orange are not red.

How many decades long would Michigan's string of first-place finishes be in that division? Whoa.
