    You are right.

    And Carroll's already been less than successful as a pro coach twice. Sure, he's got a better-than-.500 record, but those Patriots teams underachieved.

    He turns down the Chargers last year, but is "piqued" by a team with a lunatic owner, no talent and no fan support that just had the last college coach be a complete disaster...

    I guess these guys like the teams where there is nowhere to go but up...

    I'm with GBNF here. It honestly aggravates me when I see 'peaked' instead of 'piqued' in copy.
