Big Lead sez - Marc Spears from Globe to Yahoo

    My mistake. It was like that at one of the shops I worked at once, where they were looking for a certain number of buyouts, didn't get the number and whacked about five jobs off the "recent hire" pile. Maybe it's different under the Globe contract, or maybe the folks at my place weren't union.

    Nice to see Gary back on his feet. I expect good things from him. And nice to see the Globe actually replace Marc.
     
  6. ditto to that...gary's good people, and it's good to see him come out on top after the tough times in seattle
