    Even if I were a nation with badass weapons, like China, I still wouldn't jack around with the U.S. Navy. They can claim all the international waters they won't, the Navy won't back down.

    If we're in international waters there isn't a whole lot they can do.

    Or we can make something up and claim they attacked us and then declare war. (see Gulf of Tonkin incident)

    Or not.

    Since it's international waters, I say the Navy should redeploy a couple more ships and dare the Chinese to man up or back down.
