I guess this means we won't have "Curtis Pulley's Heisman" again this season among our group for SportsJournalists.com college pick'em

No offense, but this is about as nationally relevant as Ron Prince at K-State getting a contract extension. ESPN is looking for football-related stories to put on the front page. In two months, this story (and the Prince extension) probably aren't even on the front page.

Is he the fat guy who was Eli's backup with the Giants last year? The one the writers started calling J-Lo?

Yep, but when he was in the SEC, I preferred calling him "The Round Mound of Touchdown."

Guy drank like a case of Mountain Dew per day. Might as well take meth.

The problem is, here in Kentucky, it is relevent. People actually care about their sports filler until basketball season starts.

And don't even get me started on the Prince contract extension. He should be forced to play this year, prove himself worthy, take the team to a bowl game and win it before he gets a contract extension. This is what happens when you make a guy who has no experience in the sports field the new athletic director.

Larry Munson about soiled himself every time UGA had to face Lorenzen.

"We've got to find a way to tackle that GIANT out there, you guys."

Hmmm, maybe Larry knew some inside draft info we didn't.

Rusty, I had to do a google search just to make sure Truman State has a football team.
