So? His name was spelled wrong. Someone corrected it and spelled his name wrong again.

    I posted the correct spelling.

Where he's from is immaterial, my friend.

And Seabass was born in Poland, not Russia.

Correcting myself - no deletion, I just missed it looking back.

    He is Polish.

Please do not take this with hostility, but it seem your group is ignorant of Eastern European culture and history. Poland, Ukraine, Russia separate cultures and nations.

I'm not the one who answered "Are any Russians good at football?" with "Sebastian Janikowski", I'm the one who said that he was born in Poland.

Sock puppets seem to have difficulty comprehending English.

I wasn't singleing you out. Two different people here have confused other nations with Russia. The gentleman who posted a pic of Yakoff Smirnoff (Ukrainian) and the one who named Sebastien Janikovski (Polish) as a Russian pro footballer. It indicates lack of knowledge about cultures outside of the Western world, or an outdated Cold war view of the world.

It is peculiar that this forum is fast to find spelling errors but geography errors are ignored. I love American culture but it is shocking how many do not know even the basic geography of their home land. I live in Pennsylvania, have met college graduates do not know where say Indiana is on map (one state away).

I am from Kentucky. I know where Indiana is, my friend. I can smell the stench from here!

How would a new member know this forum is fast to find spelling errors but geography errors are ignored?
