Big 10 to consider adding 12th school

    Uh-uh.

    Wrestling. Swimming. Field hockey. Men's soccer. Women's soccer. Track. Top-25 program in all.

    Exactly right... except for the "sucks in everything else" bit, and I see shotglass has already taken care of that. Part of the idea behind getting into a league was the perception that PSU played a "weak" Eastern schedule as an independent. Rutgers has gotten better since then, but Pitt is worse and the 'Cuse has fallen completely off the map. Trade Ohio State and Michigan for them?

    Aside: last night at training camp, a fellow alum (there to see our boy Posluszny, of course) told me the day the schedule came out, he got the last two hotel rooms in Williamsport -- over an hour away -- for the OSU game.

    Oh, and there's the money thing too. Yeah, that might just make a teensy difference...

    It would still be the Big 10. Indiana and Illinois are the little 2.
