Bibi Kicking Ass in Speech to Congress

    I've got to run, but Bibi is bringing down the House.

    Israel is and always will be pro-American. You don't need to export Democrcy to Israel. It's already a Democracy. And Israel doesn't need American troops to defend itself.

    Glad we don't have to export democracy there.

    There are, however, a few things I wish we could export there. Starting with the decency not to starve the people herded into the Gaza Strip. Or the decency not to bulldoze their homes. Or perhaps the decency not to silence any legitimate dissent with bullets or jail. Or the decency not to try to provoke more violence by creating Jewish settlements on the disputed land. But most of all, I wish we could export the decency not to indiscriminately lob hundreds of missiles into places such as Lebanon, with no regard for how many innocent people it kills.

    I'd even trade in their democracy for that.

    The guy explains how the PM of Israel is still pro-American after the shoddy treatment he has received (forced to wait while the Prez ate dinner in an obvious snub among other things) and the response is, "hmmmmm...ok?"

    Tell me, if YF posted that grass was green and the sky was blue would anyone agree with him? What is wrong with someone pointing out Bibi is still in our corner? Jeez, grow up.

    First of all, I think the Syrians would agree with you. Also, so it is ISRAEL that is indiscriminately lobbing missles into places like Lebanon? I think you are confused as to which way those missles are moving.

    He was referring to how Bibi has position himself, after the minor flap with Obama's statements, with this speech, is what I interpreted from Yankee, Carlton.

    And with the nickname of Bibi, I wouldn't want to fuck with Netanyahu in an alley in Jerusalem either.

    Yeah, has to be true because David Axelrod has no dog in the hunt. So you post a link that gives the President's spinmaster's side of the story. Real reliable.
